Job Title: Business Development Manager – University Course Accreditation
Reporting to: IMIS Director of Education
Hours: Initially 8 hours per week with the possibility to increase with involvement in the accreditation of a course, if of mutual benefit.
Salary: Daily rate TBA
Bonus: On signing each new university to the IMIS Accreditation Scheme
Job Description: Research the university accreditation market, develop a business development strategy with the IMIS board of directors. Identify potential IMIS clients. Set up meetings with university staff to promote the benefits of the IMIS Accreditation Scheme. Develop the relationship with decision makers at the universities. With the support of the IMIS team, complete the on-boarding of the university into the accreditation scheme.
Experience: Ideally, the applicant should have experience working in a UK university teaching environment and also some years working for a film, television, production or post production company. Comfortable with cold calling and networking at live events.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Job location: Working from home with a monthly London based meeting. Travel and accommodation expenses to universities across the UK. Option to use the IMIS Pinewood Office.
Contract: 12 month renewable with an initial 3 month probationary period.
